Our return policy is 30 days from the date of purchase (based on the date printed on the invoice). We will refuse returns after this period.
You may request an exchange for a different item or a refund if you are not satisfied with the product received, or visit our store directly for returns.
The returned products must have all tags intact, be in original condition, free from scratches or damage, and not used.
Note: Returns are not applicable for custom-made products.
REFUNDS
After inspecting the product's condition, the return will be processed according to the customer's request. In case the customer wants a refund, the refund will be made using the payment method used at the time of purchase.
If you have not received your refund, please first check your account. Then contact your card-issuing bank, as it may take some time to process before it is completed.
EXCHANGES
All products requested for exchange are accepted, except for items in promotional programs, gift products, and custom-made items.

All SAIGIO brand leather accessory products undergo strict quality control before leaving the factory and are highly durable.
1. WARRANTY CONDITIONS
Products are covered under warranty when technical defects occur within the warranty period. The warranty period is calculated from the date of purchase, with different durations for each product type, listed in the table below:

The warranty applies to all SAIGIO brand products and covers technical defects, as described below:
• Products with loose glue, loose threads.
• Products with broken zippers, loose screws, or broken straps.
3. PAID REPAIRS
To assist customers who need maintenance or repair for products damaged due to improper use or that are beyond the warranty period, we still accept restoration and maintenance… Depending on the specific case, the repair fee will be checked and informed by the Customer Care department.
Common cases encountered when using leather products:
• Products damaged due to improper use.
• Scratches, tears, holes, or damage due to physical impact, pests, or use in excessively humid environments…
• Due to temperature, contact with chemicals, solvents, acids, or natural wear during use.
(*) We will accept repairs and charge fees if the product can still be restored.
4. NOTES
• We support product exchanges and returns within 30 days from the date of purchase if there are defects in the material or due to manufacturing techniques.
• In case the product is damaged and needs repair, replacement parts may not match the original color.
• The repair and warranty time depends on the extent of the product's damage.
DELIVERY
Shipping fees will be covered for cases where the product has manufacturing defects, incorrect sizes, or wrong samples compared to the original order.
