Applicable for invoices from 1 million VND, free express shipping will be provided nationwide.
Free delivery in Ho Chi Minh City.

SAIGIO offers free shipping for all orders worth from 1 million VND.
1.2. Shipping Time:
Customers will receive their goods within 5 to 7 days from the date of shipment.
2. Express Delivery
Free Grab express shipping within 2 hours for inner city districts.
50% off Grab express shipping for outer city districts.
2.1. Shipping cost for orders in other provinces: 40,000 VND
Payment via bank transfer when purchasing online at saigio.com.vn
Cash on delivery (COD) when receiving the goods.
2.2. Shipping Time:
Customers will receive their goods within 2 to 4 days from the date of shipment.

V. Important Notes When Receiving Goods
– SAIGIO always strives to coordinate with shipping units to deliver goods to customers on the announced schedule. However, in some special cases such as natural disasters, weather, traffic… that SAIGIO cannot control, the delivery time may be longer than expected. In such objective cases, SAIGIO will make every effort to rectify the situation to ensure customer rights as best as possible.
– When the product is delivered, it must be intact, sealed, and show no signs of tampering… with complete documentation from SAIGIO. If customers notice any abnormalities, they can refuse to accept the goods and immediately contact SAIGIO's customer service department at 0928 20 20 22 for timely assistance.
– If the product is incorrect, damaged, scratched, broken, or dented… please notify SAIGIO's customer service department immediately at 0928 20 20 22 for support.
– SAIGIO will be responsible for goods and risks such as loss or damage during transportation from SAIGIO's warehouse to the customer.
– SAIGIO will not be responsible for return requests due to damage, scratches, breakage, or dents… after the customer has signed for the goods without any notes or comments about the product.
– After the order is shipped, SAIGIO's customer service department will send the customer a tracking code. However, some shipping units do not regularly update the order status; in that case, please receive the goods according to the shipping package time.
– SAIGIO guarantees that all goods sent to customers according to the order are 100% genuine and new (with complete documentation and official warranty).
B. RETURN POLICY
1. TIME FRAME
Our return policy is 30 days from the date you purchase the product (based on the date printed on the invoice). We will refuse returns if it is beyond this period.
You can request to exchange for a different model or a refund if you are not satisfied with the received product, or visit our store directly for returns.
Returned products must ensure they are still labeled, intact, and not scratched or damaged.
2. REFUNDS
After checking the product condition, the return will be processed according to the customer's request. If the customer wants a refund, the refund will be made using the same method the customer used to pay when purchasing.
If you have not received the refund, first check your account. Then contact the bank that issued your card; this may take some time to process before it is completed.
3. EXCHANGE AND RETURN
Products requested for exchange or return are accepted, except for products in promotional programs or gift items.

5. DELIVERY
